For the record, the reason why I am obtaining my license again as a 37 year old, is because it was previously suspended due to a non-payment of a fine for driving without a license, and it's a long story, so don't pass judgment without knowing the history. Now, I am writing this thread because of my frustration at the Ministry of Transportation and it's inability to properly standardize the quality of pass/fail rate for drivers.
